Googly Goodies

I made these cupcakes along with the Indian meal I made for A's birthday a couple weekends ago. I've made smiley face cupcakes before, and they are so quick and cute, that they tend to be my go-to. This time, I found candy googly-eyes, and thought they were perfect for poking fun at A's ginormous eyes :) They kind of (unintentionally) came out looking like little monkeys...

I messed with my semi-homemade chocolate cupcake recipe, and I think they came out really moist and yummy. Here it is:

Ingredients:
1 box of Duncan Hines
1/2 box of Jell-O instant pudding powder (french vanilla or chocolate)
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup milk

Ignore the instructions on the box, and whip-up the ingredients listed above. Scoop into cups and bake at 350°F for 25-30mins. Piece of cake!

I tried my silicone cupcake cups for the first time on 1/2 of my batch (I was making 24 cakes, but only have 12 silicone cups), and they worked really well. They are pretty easy to wash too. I highly recommend getting some if you bake often!
