Party-princess!


I'd like to wish my friend K a very very happy birthday! Today's post is a throwback to 2011 when my friend M and I made this princess cake for K. I remember having a lot of fun going toy shopping for the Barbie...been a couple decades since we had last done that :) We baked a chocolate Bundt cake and and an extra chocolate cupcake. After placing the barbie in the hole of the Bundt cake, we filled in the extra gaps with pieces of the cupcake, and covered it with frosting to hide the patchwork. K, here is to a glamorous and magical year to come!
